Our Team

A human sized company (15 persons), you would be part of the Customer Service division composed of 4 persons.

In a multicultural B2B environment, the Customer Service division is the coordinator of our activities. It directs where we place our resources, whilst ensures the smooth running and cohesion between our various services (R&D, commercial …)

You will be a part and evolve in a a technical field bringing together motivation and a sense of challenge, with a goal of ensuring client satisfaction through accompaniment and follow ups.


General Requirements

From an Anglo Saxon culture with a fluency in English, you are exceptional in managing relations adapted for professional environments, demanding but captivating - focusing on the Web and Economic Intelligence software.

Rigorous, self-reliant, problem solving and sense of organisation. You are dynamic and motivated and enjoy working in a team, you have a real sense of communication and Customer Service.

Didactic about form, you are demanding and rigorous in regards to quality and show great initiative.

Of higher education, you have ideally had a successful experience in a Support Team / Helpdesk or on a technical hotline in a B2B environment.

Your Mission

A key position at Boost My Shop, you will be the preferred point of contact for clients and will ensure the interface between the development team, the commercial service and the end clients. You will guarantee client satisfaction by intervening and by responding to the clients’ technical or business related questions.

Your primary role is to accompany from the creation of an account : setup, configuration, assistance and fixes by utilising the different means of communication with the client, email, Live Chat, and over the phone.

Internal coordinator, you will equally be responsible for long distance trainings of users.

Required Qualifications :

  • Excellent Relational, Diplomatic technique
  • Native English speaker, Professional level of French
  • Strong written word (English/French)
  • Sense of organisation and rigorous

Technical Skills required in a workplace environment :

  • Knowledge of FTP / SSH
  • Knowledge in SQL databases
  • Knowledge of PHP
  • Use of e-commerce CMS : Magento, Prestashop
