Overview

Tired to manage all expenses and invoices in a separate spread sheet ? Need an EDM to fill charges and store documents ? Expenses extension for Magento is the solution.

Manage expenses

Once extension is installed, you can fill new expenses in menu reports > expenses > manage. For each expense, you can set label, comments, amount, tax, category, payment method...

Manage attachment

As every EDM, Expenses extensions supports attachment : easily upload invoice / relevant for storing purposes and later download. No more paper !

You can download a single document or all documents for a specific time frame.

Reports

Last, consult reports by month / category to get a better vision of your charges
